It's been a while! Love to you and yours.
As life continues, everyday we are learning new things about ourselves and how that reflects into our outside world.
The loudest learning this week has been all about, "how much can I trust?" In my inner dialogue throughout the day, I at least touch on the intention of "trusting myself and my Source more and more in every moment; in every day." That is a strong desire within me. However, how can you know that you're trusting more unless there is an experience that requires more trust within you?
Here comes the hard part... When the contrast in your life shows up, we can easily get swept away in our emotional reaction to the situation (usually we consider the situation bad or unpleasant). Instead of having a huge reaction to the event, if you knew that you were always safe, always loved, and everything is always OK, you could take the experience in and decide what it is that you want from the experience.
We're always in control of how we react to everything. How we react to everything has a lot to do with how things unfold. It is our thoughts and emotions (our vibrations we are sending out) that is creating the world we experience.
If your world was always peachy and nothing ever got out of place and everyone was always polite, you would get bored rather quickly because there would not be much that stimulated a new desire within you. i.e. The rude person in the car in front of you, the bill collector telling you what a loser you are, the blood test that reflected your body is out of balance, are all things that are giving you an opportunity to spark a new desire and then trust yourself and your Source (the same thing actually, you really are not separate) that all is well and you can expect and anticipate your creation with eagerness.
When things feel like it's getting a bit rough, remember that this is an opportunity to trust more and the more you trust, the better life gets! The contrast keeps coming, mind you, but your foundation in yourself is so much stronger and it takes so much more for you to be shaken. You're getting bigger than your problems! Your life becomes brighter and you shine like the sun!
Enjoy the contrast! What a fresh perspective! What freedom comes with understanding! Life is Good!

Good Morning! I've had a resounding theme this week keep showing up and as I woke up this morning some words came into my head that needed to be shared.
The Theme: Let your desire be stronger than your fear!
When you have a desire to do something, to be something, to have something, it is inspired. Your Spirit is calling you toward that something. That desire is part of the incredible, universal orchestration of all things.
When you allow yourself to "move in the directions of your dreams", you are moving in the flow of life, the rhythm of the universe, and it feels great! You're jazzed, your excited, you feel the freedom of your Being! If you continue to allow yourself the joy of your life, your body stays healthy and energized, you feel happy, you enjoy all that you are doing, you are amazed at the magic and adventure in your days... Life is Great!
When you don't allow yourself to move in the directions of your desires, you get grumpy! If you continue to restrict yourself from what you really want, you lose your zest for life, you get depressed, your body starts breaking down in all different kinds of ways (illness, injury, disease...) You feel the loss of freedom and a rage starts building inside.
Let your desire be greater than your fear! Keep yourself from nothing you want to do, to have, to be. It's not that all of your desires need to happen all at once, because we will never be finished creating new desires. They will continue to emerge everyday. But allow yourself to move in the direction of where you want to go. If you get off track, just start over!
The beautiful thing about life is...in every moment, we have an opportunity to begin again. Every breath begins again! An inhale and exhale, a cycle is completed. Oh, and now this breath allows us another opportunity to begin again... Oh, now, in this breath I have an opportunity to let it go, to free myself of this problem, this concern, this drama. Now, in this breath, I can feel the tightness in my head release. Now, this breath allows me to change my focus to what I want. To move in the direction of my desires.
It is as simple as that! This is our practice to become more aware at what we are focusing on and hone our focus toward our desires.
If you are feeling fear, you are off track, focusing on what you don't want. Empty yourself of fear. Start understanding what fear feels like. Start observing when you are coming from a place of fear. I didn't realize how much fear I was allowing in my life until I started being aware of when I was in fear and started to realize that it was the majority of the time. An alarming awakening, but the beginning of an amazing life!
Let your desire be greater than your fear! Allow your focus to be placed more on what you want instead of what you don't want. If you really want to do something and all you can think about is why you shouldn't, how it doesn't make sense, how you'll never be able to do it, your focus is on what you don't want. You are restricting yourself from what you want. You are pushing it away. It feels awful! If all you can think about is how great it will feel to do that something, how it will create even more opportunities for you, how strong your desire is and how empowered you feel knowing you can do this, how happy you feel just thinking about it. This is going in the direction of your dreams! This is pulling it closer to you! It may take some time for it to come to fruition, but keep your focus!
This is the creative process! Enjoy it!
I love it when Abraham-Hicks says, "You never get it wrong, and you never get it done. So you might as well enjoy yourself." Enjoy the process!
Time for my morning juice!

Happy Mothers' Day! Thank you Mom, for choosing to be my mother!
I'd love to be channeling wonderful motherly things right now, however, I was inspired by something different today.
Today was a much needed 'cat day' off and was warm so we spent much time outside. Without realizing it, I did an experiment and made some really revealing observations.
Most mornings we start our day with a glass of fresh squeezed juice. I drank mine outside along with the sun and the very slight coolness in the air. I noticed a line of ants on a very important journey by my foot. I poured the last few drops of my juice in their path thinking they would swarm and feast. However, these ants weren't the least bit interested in sugar. I observed at least 12 ants come across the new road block and what interested me was that they dealt with the distraction in very different ways.
About 2 of them crossed the river of juice where it was most shallow and continued on their path. About 5 of them went around the juice without touching it and picked up their highway again and continued as planned. About 5 of them went around the juice without touching it and got confused and turned around and then picked up their trail, but went back the way they came. One of them was confronted by a crossing roly-poly bug and stuck its butt in the air and danced around it just in case it needed to protect itself. The roly-poly bug ignored it and continued on. The ant regained his/her composure and continued on its path.
What I really enjoyed as I watched was that I could see each ant processing, choosing what they needed to do. They all were using their intellect/wisdom and making different decisions, each given the same dilemma. You could see the confusion, or the determination, or the avoidance. What I gleaned from this observation is how intelligent these insects are. And it was very clear to me as I observed the wisdom being displayed, that there are no lower life forms. All life is very much brilliantly wise. With that perception, you can get a greater understanding of the Oneness of all that is. The greater wisdom that pours through all of us, our Source. This perception allows us greater understanding, greater compassion, greater respect for our world, and it just feels good!
Enjoy your life and all that is in it! Be well!

Well, the season brings with it lots of new growth! I love the "new growth green" that is sprouting everywhere and the multitude of color that we're surrounded with here in North Georgia. The falls are magnificent and the springs are glorious! Both bringing a different plethora of hues to soak up.
My practice of the day and of the week has been all about the Law of Allowing. Great lessons of letting others practice their own practices whatever they may be, however different theirs may be from yours. As the process unfolds, I come to the place of knowing that each individual is making their own choices, on their own journey, and then I can find relief in knowing all is well.
This practice always leads me to another perspective of allowing and that is of allowing me to be right where I am and be OK with wherever I am. This place simmers down to the deepest and most basic lesson, all about self love and self acceptance. When you allow yourself to be truly right where you are and not have any negative response to your position, you can then start letting that acceptance pour out to others.
I'm understanding fully that when you love yourself in any shape, form, or fashion, it is then that you are connecting in with your Source. We're all doing this in some way, all the time. We cannot fully cut ourselves off from that which gives us life, but in our conscious practice of loving ourselves, we allow more and more of our Source to flow through us and life gets really delicious in those moments. The more we do it, the more delicious our lives get, and then we really thrive!
I'm excited about thriving more and more everyday! I love this life!
Soak up your glory and know how awesome you are! Your Being is so bright! Let that light come to the surface and enjoy every minute of You. It's what you are here to do!
The more you choose love for yourself, the more you can share that with others.
Be Inspired!

Well, the Universe prompted me to get out of bed to expel some words...
I'm always amazed at the unfolding in this life. So many unexpected things that come about. We are becoming so aware of our creative ability, so we focus, and we imagine and we say this is what we want and we expect in our conscious minds what we think we are creating. Yet, the Universe in its amazing orchestration brings us something totally different of what we were expecting with our thinking mind and says "try this on, you may like it even better once you let go of the "this is how it's going to be" syndrome." If we do manage to let it go, and open to the real gifts in the occasion, what wonders, what divinity, what freedom is allowed into our experience. What flow occurs, what beauty.
It is an amazing life. It is a beautiful life. It is an unexpected life, yet we do have a knowing, a sureness of the things we are sure of. There are those of us that always know there will be plenty of money, and so there is. There are those of us that always know they will be surrounded by friends and family that love and support them, and so they are. There are those that trust that their body will support them in any expression and they enjoy exuberant health. There are those that have a deep trust in the divine and all that happens in their experience are gifts in their perception.
The path to freedom is letting go. The path to joy is letting go. The letting go allows all the gifts and blessings that are waiting, pressing in on your experience, being driven so strongly by your desires ever to you, to come in, finally. Sweet relief, sweet relishing in your creation and allowing of that creation to manifest. It is good, it is really, really good. And so it is.
